Ajay Devgun is the owner and founder of Devgun Family Law in Edmonton.
He is a Barrister & Solicitor, Registered Collaborative Family Lawyer, and Mediator.
Ajay focuses much of his practice on family law, including separation, divorce, collaborative family divorce, mediation, parenting arrangements, support, property division, and family agreements. He also assists clients with real estate law and wills and estates.
Ajay is known for a practical, respectful approach to family law. He helps clients clarify what matters, understand their legal position, and choose a process that fits the dispute. Education and Admissions
Ajay completed his articles in 2015 with an Edmonton family law firm and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2016. He also has legal education and professional background from outside Canada, including a Bachelor of Laws and admission to the Bar Council of India and diploma from Australia.
